- General Liability: The event organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by participants during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This applies to both direct and indirect damages, including property damage and personal injury.
- Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own belongings and to ensure they are kept safe during the event.
- Changes to the Event: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including changes to the event schedule, location, or guest teachers. In case of such changes, no liability will be accepted for any inconvenience or damages caused. If the event is canceled or significantly changed, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform participants in advance.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the activities offered. If you have any health concerns or special needs, you should inform the organizers in advance.
- Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, or government regulations), the organizers will not be held responsible for any inability to perform or delays in performance. No liability will be accepted for changes or cancellations resulting from force majeure circumstances.
- Third-Party Services: If any third-party services (such as catering, transportation, or accommodation) are provided as part of the event, the organizers are not responsible for the quality or availability of these services. Any claims related to these services should be directed to the relevant third party.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of the event organizers is limited to the ticket price paid for the event. In no event shall the organizers be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the event.
By registering for and attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept the terms of this Exclusion of Liability clause.
