Cancellation Policy

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:


  1. Right of Withdrawal: According to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for events that take place on a specific date. Therefore, once you have registered and purchased tickets, you do not have a statutory right to cancel the contract.
  2. Full Order Cancellation: You may cancel your entire order through the registration site or by contacting us per email up to 7 days before the event. A €10.00 cancellation fee will apply for each order or ticket canceled.
  3. Partial Cancellation: If you wish to cancel part of your order (i.e., individual tickets), you may do so only per email up to 7 days before the event. A €10.00 cancellation fee will apply for each ticket canceled.
  4. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the event, we are not obligated to offer any refund. However, if we are able to find a replacement participant from the waiting list, we may provide a partial refund for the tickets that are successfully replaced. The €10.00 cancellation fee will still apply in all cases.
  5. Non-Attendance: If you do not attend the event and have not canceled your registration in accordance with the terms above, no refund or partial refund will be issued. No-shows are considered non-cancellable, and the full ticket price is non-refundable.
  6. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizers: If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers for any reason, all affected participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the new event date. In this case, no cancellation fee will apply.
  7. Transfer of Tickets: You may transfer your ticket to another person only per email up to 7 days before the event. A €10.00 fee will apply for each ticket transfer.
  8. Force Majeure: In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from such events.


By completing your registration and purchasing tickets, you confirm that you understand and accept these cancellation terms.
